The highly visible Sydney Symphony Orchestra performed at the Rugby World Cup Opening Ceremony in 2003. As well as the 2000 Olympics Opening Ceremony. The Orchestra was broadcast around the world performing at the Millennium New Year’s Eve concert at the Opera House.
