In Discovery we present Richard Gill, one of Australia’s most passionate and entertaining conductor-educators, and the talented young musicians of the Sydney Sinfonia with their Sydney Symphony mentors. Together they “unpack” the music of the great composers.
A Discovery concert is more than a concert. You could call it a “lecture-concert”, but that doesn’t even begin to convey the energy, the enthusiasm and the illumination you’ll experience. Richard Gill goes straight to the heart of the music, giving you new ways to listen and leaving you with the excitement of discovery.
