The Whitlams meet the orchestra School Resource Kit
A teacher resource kit has been developed to accompany the special Whitlams education concert on December 4th, 2009.
The kit is available for purchase for $65 and includes the teacher resource booklet, Best of the Whitlams CD & DVD and a recording of Indian Pacific by James Ledger.
The content of the kit includes background information on Australian rock music, The Whitlams and fusing rock music into orchestral arrangements. There are a range of classroom activities, including arranging and listening examples.
