Q. I would like to purchase a CD of a Sydney Symphony performance, how can I do this?

Sydney Symphony recordings can be purchased from our online shop or via the box office on 8215 4600.

Not all performances are recorded. If you have a specific request, please call 8215 4600 for further information.

Q. I reside outside of Australia, am I able to purchase CDs?

Yes, CD merchandise can be purchased and sent overseas. Additional postage charges will apply. Please email info@sydneysymphony.com with your CD request and we will confirm postage costs.


Q. I would like to purchase a gift voucher. How can I do this?

Sydney Symphony gift vouchers can be purchased online via the box office on 8215 4600. Various denominations are available for purchase.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after the date of the purchase.

Gift vouchers can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Q. I would like to redeem a gift voucher? How can I do this?

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for concert tickets or CDs in person at Level 9, 35 Pitt St Sydney or over the phone on 8215 4600, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Gift vouchers will need to be sent in for a transaction to be finalised. We recommend that you call to reserve your tickets or merchandise prior to posting your voucher in. Please send your voucher to:
