Romantic Liaisons Shangri-La Package Terms & Conditions

1. Authorised under NSW Permit LTPS/09/07628
2. The total prize consists of 3 prizes being an overnight package at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney. Overnight stay for 2 people in an Opera House view room or better, overnight parking and breakfast.
3. Each hotel package is valued at $250. The total prizes are valued at $750.
4. Ancillary costs, such as travel to and from concert, outside the prize will be borne by the winner.
5. Eligibility is guaranteed by being the purchaser of ticket(s) to the Sydney Symphony’s Romantic Liaisons concerts at the Sydney Opera House on 23, 25, 26 September 2009.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all ticket purchasers to these concerts on Monday 28 September. Only the winners will be notified by phone and/or email. 1 prize per ticket purchaser.
7. The competition closes after the final concert begins. Eligibility depends upon being a ticket purchaser to these Romantic Liaison concerts, 23, 25, 26 September 2009.

London Calling: Win a Trip to London – Terms & Conditions

1. Authorised under NSW Permit LTPS/09/07671
2. This prize draw consists of two (2) Economy Class return tickets from Sydney to London, United Kingdom on Emirates Airline. 
3. The total prize value of this promotion is Emirates ticket fares valued at AUD$4000. Airport taxes of around AUD$250 per person are to be paid for by the winner.
4. Entry is open to all NSW & ACT residents who purchase a ticket to the London Calling concerts (1, 2, 3 October 2009) from the Sydney Symphony or its agents before the starting time of the final concert, 2pm Saturday 3 October 2009.
5. Entry is not open to Sydney Symphony or Emirates Airline employees or their immediate families.
6. Selection of winner will be a random draw of ticket purchasers by an independent party at Level 9, 35 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000 on Monday 5 October, 2009 at 10am.
7. The winner will be contacted by phone/email and a formal letter from the Sydney Symphony will be forwarded to the winner in due course. The Sydney Symphony will arrange bookings with Emirates Airlines. 
8. Winner will be notified personally on 5 October and will be announced publicly online at www.sydneysymphony.com and in the Stay Tuned newsletters.

10. Travel insurance, spending money, meals, accommodation, taxes, passports, visas and transport to and from airport of departure and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
11. The tickets are valid until 31 December 2009. Chosen flight dates are subject to availability.
12. The prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
