Next time you book tickets online, you'll be able to check out using the same email address and password.
A promo code gives you access to exclusive special offers. To redeem your offer online, enter the promo code when booking your tickets. When booking via phone, quote the promotion code when you call.
If you have purchased tickets through the Sydney Symphony Orchestra box office then you will have an account. At the registration page please log in using your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?' link on the login screen. Enter your email address and click 'Submit'. You will be sent instructions to reset your password.
Click on Account in the top menu bar and once logged you've logged in, you will be able to update your details.
Our ticketing system requires that all online profiles have a unique email address. If you receive this error, it means that there is another account in the ticketing system with this email address. If you are creating a new account, it is likely that there is already an account you can activate by using the 'Forgot Password?' feature to retrieve your password.
If you are purchasing tickets and you receive this error, it means that you have previously purchased tickets with a different account, but with the same email address. If this is the case, you may want to log in using that account.
