When will I receive my tickets?
The Sydney Symphony will continue to apply NSW Public Health Orders as they relate to ticketing and seating arrangements. As these Orders can change at very short notice, we will be allocating seats closer in time to concert dates than we have in previous seasons. This will allow us to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment.
You will receive more information at the time of purchase, and again approximately four weeks out from your concert.
I've lost my tickets, what do I do?
If a ticket is either lost, misplaced, or never received, please contact the Sydney Symphony Orchestra Box Office on (02) 8215 4600 (Mon–Fri 9am–4pm), or go to the venue and ask at our Customer Service Desk for a replacement ticket. The venue box office will be open from one hour prior to the performance start time.
Am I eligible for concession pricing?
Concession-priced tickets are available to current holders of means-tested Australian pensions (Aged, Disability, Veterans' Affairs, Supporting Parent) and Australian full-time students.
Proof of concession eligibility must be supplied when collecting tickets and may be required prior to admission to each concert.
Do you provide discounts for group bookings?
Groups of eight or more can save up to 20% on tickets to a single performance. This discount doesn't apply to all performances or all reserves, so please contact our box office for more information.
Can I bring children to a performance?
Yes, you can! Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied at all times when attending concerts at the venues. Children aged 0-23 months at the time of a performance may be seated on a parent’s lap free of charge. All children occupying a seat or aged 2 years of age must hold a valid ticket.
