Getting here is easy. Most Sydney Trains stop at Sydney Town Hall, and most CBD busses stop nearby.

Street parking is limited in the CBD. But don’t worry, Wilson Parking has a number of parking stations close to Sydney Town Hall. We recommend St Andrews House Car Park, Queen Victoria Building Car Park and Citipark Car Park.

You’ll find the accessible entrance via the Druitt Street entrance (opposite the Queen Victoria Building). Once inside Sydney Town Hall, all venues have an accessible path. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss your requirements on 02 8215 4600.

Centennial Hall (the main concert hall) is fitted with a Hearing loop system. If you need help or want to check your equipment before the performance, a member of staff will be happy to help.

Working/Guide dogs are welcome at Sydney Town Hall. Just let us know before you arrive at the venue, so we can make any special arrangements if you need them.

‘Touch/Familiarisation’ tours of the building can also be arranged on request.

To help keep everyone safe, the venue has asked that you wear a mask as a mandatory requirement of entry and during the performance. We will have masks available from our Front of House team at the venue, should you need one.

To help you find the right entrance at Sydney Town Hall we have included a coloured zone on your ticket for easy reference. Follow the signs or ask one of our Front of House team to assist you.

We’re being careful not to handle anything we don’t absolutely need to. This means we’re sending out your tickets, and ticket collection at the Box Office will be limited. Front of House team will scan your ticket and direct you to your seat.

Our Box Office will be open at each performance to help you with any questions or issues.

We’ve had to close our cloakroom for the current time, so we encourage you to leave bigger items at home.

Bars will be open from 1 hour prior to each performance. For 11am concerts, Tea & Coffee service will be available.

To manage the flow of people while exiting, you’ll be directed to the nearest exit at the end of the performance.
