Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns

The Associate Director is responsible for the roll-out of the Sydney Symphony’s brand and retail campaigns which are designed to inspire our existing and potential customers to deepen their engagement with symphonic music and the work of the Sydney Symphony. You will contribute to the design of the marketing communications program and manage relationships with our creative partners, venues and agencies. You will be primarily responsible for leading the tactical conversation; the efficiency of media planning and buying; guiding creative execution; ensuring that campaign traffic is managed and provide post-campaign analysis.

Copywriter

The Copywriter is responsible for creating copy and concepts that support the delivery of compelling retail and brand campaigns to meet commercial objectives. You will be responsible for creative copy used in print executions and all digital marketing channels and have skills in writing long copy, speeches and micro copy. The role also takes on editorial responsibilities including the commissioning of freelance writers and is responsible for the quality of editorial content across the organisation.

Marketing Associate (Education)

The Marketing Associate is responsible for maximising the Symphony’s relationship with customers of our education and community program. The role also assists in the management of ticketing and affiliation initiatives for younger customers. You will contribute to the creation and management of acquisition, retention and other affiliation programs as well as the direct promotion of concert and events.
