If you have tickets for a cancelled concert, those tickets are automatically cancelled.

Yes, but only if the ticket was purchased under your name. If the ticket is held under the name of your friend or relative, they should contact us to discuss next steps and options. If you are unsure, please contact us.
We will continue to hold your credit for you until you decide what you would like to do. Credit amounts resulting from cancelled concerts do not expire.
There are no additional fees or charges associated with using your credit or obtaining a refund.
If a concert is postponed, we are working with the artists to present the concert for another date. You do not need to do anything at this time. We will contact you if new dates are announced. If we cannot reschedule these concerts, we will advise you that your tickets have been cancelled, and that we are holding a credit for you to use.
We will contact you to let you know that a concert has been rescheduled. Your tickets will be automatically valid for the same day of the week, performance time and seat numbers. If this is no longer convenient, please contact us to discuss all your options.
Sydney Symphony Orchestra offers a convenient ticket exchange service. You can exchange tickets for a performance on another date or a concert in another series during the concert season. Tickets can be exchanged up to two working days before the performance for which they were originally issued.

Missing ticket vouchers can be arranged by calling the Sydney Symphony Orchestra on (02) 8215 4600 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm). If you need to replace tickets at a performance, ask a Sydney Symphony customer service representative.
Concession-priced tickets are available to current holders of means-tested Australian pensions (Aged, Disability, Veterans' Affairs, Supporting Parent) and Australian full-time students.
Proof of concession eligibility must be supplied when collecting tickets and may be required prior to admission to each concert.
Groups of eight or more can save up to 20% on tickets to a single performance. This discount doesn't apply to all performances, so please contact our box office for more information.
Print at Home Tickets
If you've selected Print at Home Tickets, your tickets will be delivered via email immediately after you complete your purchase for most of our concerts. For some Sydney Symphony Presents concerts, your tickets will be delivered 48 hours before your concert.
For bookings made more than 7 days before a concert, tickets will be posted to your nominated Australian address.
Box Office Collect
If you've selected Box Office Collect, tickets can be picked up from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra Box Office 3 hours before your performance on Monday to Friday 9am–5pm or on the day of your weekday performance.
Outside of these times, your tickets can be collected from the venue on the day of the concert from 1 hour before the performance.
Yes you can! Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied at all times when attending concerts at the venues. Children aged 0-23 months at the time of a performance may be seated on a parent’s lap free of charge. All children occupying a seat or aged 2 years of age must hold a valid ticket.
